CrossTraining

CrossTraining is a varied workout that uses both body weight and different training tools. By combining strength, endurance, and agility, the workout becomes highly effective, offering exciting challenges and helping to achieve a strong, well-conditioned body.

 
Training takes place in a ÜKE hall.
